Investor Membership

For organizations that allocate capital to real estate as principal investors, such as pensions, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, insurers and other organizations. 

Investor members get firm-wide access for an unlimited number of representatives. Dues depend on whether your organization is for-profit or not-for-profit.

Corporate Membership

For firms that manage capital on behalf of institutional investors or advise on or support real estate investment including investment managers, consultants, multimanagers, developers and service providers. Choose the tier that matches how many people at your firm need access to PREA benefits.

Basic: Two designated representatives

Standard: Five designated representatives

Full: Firm-wide access for an unlimited number of representatives

Every tier includes PREA research and content, directory access, and meeting registration for the designated representatives.

Academic Membership

For colleges and universities with real estate and finance programs. Academic members get firm-wide access for an unlimited number of full-time faculty and staff representatives.
